This is a health kick:
1. floss regularly
2. take my vitamins (D and a multi)

I've decided to forever.

Flossing, I realized a couple years ago, is just essential. Once you do it and witness the difference it makes to your teeth, your conscious will never not floss again. It's impossible me thinks.
